1. All prices include VAT.

Payment

1. Bounced cheques will be subject to a £5 administration charge.

2. Full payment including delivery Charge can be paid by: Debit Card, Credit Card or BACS.

3. Payment must be cleared before a delivery date can be confirmed.

4. Order cannot be cancelled once payment has cleared.

5. If you cancel your order, before payment has cleared, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to £50 to cover any costs incurred by us.

Delivery

1. If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the delivery date, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries.

2. The distribution company require clear access to your property to deliver your item.

3. You are responsible for providing safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our delivery staff considers that access is unsafe, the we will not deliver the goods until safe access is provided.

4. If we are unable to deliver the goods due to there being no safe means of access to place of delivery, we shall be entitled to cancel your order and refund your payment less an administration and delivery fee of up to £100.

5. Time of delivery is not of the essence in the Terms and Conditions of Trading.

6. Touch of Spain will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Touch of Spain or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

7. Items will be delivered on a pallet to the nearest vehicular access of your property on a lorry.

8. You will be asked to sign for acceptance of the goods in good condition.
